I’m captivated by experiences that go beyond what is on a screen, that encapsulate the perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics.

My curiosity has led me in exploring what a designer can do within any team, and what a designer can contribute beyond visual creation. This has pushed me to continually enrich myself by researching narratives that enable me to build timeless state-of-the-art experiences that resonate with users across social and cultural barriers.

I currently work with the CX (Customer Experience) team at PayMe from HSBC, a Fintech venture that quickly grew to more than one million users in Hong Kong less than two years after its launch. In this capacity, I am responsible for delivering positive meaningful experiences that connect customer expectations and brand values.
